Sustainable Fashion

I’m not quite sure how to put it but Suzanne Lee found something new in Fashion, and I believe that is quite hard nowadays. Well, she grows her own garments. There, I said it. Suzanne Lee grows her garments; and this concept and development has made her a recent TEDx speaker. She’s currently a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Fashion/Textiles at Central Saint Martins where she investigates – what I assume from my non-knowledge- is microbial cellulose and its ability to create a structure that can be used as fabric.
Whatever exactly it is she grows garments. Enough said.
